Monday HR is a human resources consultancy dedicated to improving the employee experience in fast-growth organisations.We typically partner with businesses on a long-term basis through a fixed-fee monthly retainer. This allows us to take the time to truly understand your operations and provide thoughtful, tailored advice. We can also support you on an ad-hoc or project basis when required, billed hourly.

Our work is delivered through a hybrid model, combining onsite time with you and your team alongside remote support. We start by auditing your current HR and compliance foundations, then build a practical plan that turns your team into a strategic asset rather than a source of frustration or cost.

We intentionally limit the number of clients we partner with, as most of our clients join us long term. This ensures every business receives consistent, high-quality support.
