Hi, my name is Mon. I've been in HR for over 12 years and I'm passionate about helping business owners get the people piece right. I've had a variety of HR roles in both consulting and internal capacities.
Over my career, I've had the opportunity to lead large-scale HR transformation projects and become a trusted and strategic adviser to leadership teams.
I would describe myself as a true HR generalist. I enjoy the ‘black and white’ side of HR involving compliance, legislation, due diligence and process. But I equally enjoy leadership workshops, employee experience design and system automation.
I founded Monday HR in 2019 to offer fast-growing businesses a new and refreshed way to access HR expertise. I have an undergraduate degree in communications and a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from RMIT. I also hold qualifications in leadership coaching, personality assessments, and return-to-work.
I love being a business owner and leading a team of my own. Together with my husband, I also own a large hospitality venue in West Leederville and handful of boutique bottle shops around Perth. On the weekends you will find me at the beach, a enjoying a wine in the backyard or out on the Swan River learning to sail. I live in Freo with my husband and small human.

Sarah is a trusted HR Business Partner with over 12 years of experience in HR and recruitment, particularly within the mining industry. Known for her proactive approach, she excels at analysing, prioritising, and efficiently completing tasks to meet business needs.
With a deep understanding of current market trends and a passion for modern, alternative HR strategies, Sarah works closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges.
She formulates and implements strategies that help propel businesses forward, drawing on her specialist networks and tailoring her approach to suit each client’s culture and objectives.
Sarah holds a Diploma in Human Resources, is a certified Mental Health First Aid Responder, and also has a Certificate II in Business and Health and Safety Certificate III.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring interiors, savouring good food and wine, and travel.
Ebony provides our team with support behind the scenes to enable our consultants to provide excellent service to their clients.
She has a Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Business Law and Management. This is where she was first introduced to the world of HR and developed a passion for the people behind all businesses.
From helping with all things social media, to working on the admin side of client projects, Ebony helps to bring the Monday HR vision to life.
On the weekends you will find her at a local wine bar with friends and family, reading a good book or working on her business - a sustainable fashion label.
