The first step is to conduct a 6 week deep drive into your current HR practices and deliver you a comprehensive report highlighting any compliance and culture gaps.

We will identify quick wins and develop a detailed HR Roadmap to get to HR best practice.

HR SUBSCRIPTION

In a monthly ongoing partnership we are highly visible to your team while we deliver the HR Road Map. We run workshops, schedule meetings, issue surveys and conduct face-to-face training.
